Tim Cozad
Preacher
Tim Cozad began work with the Bellview congregation October 1, 2023. Tim is well-known to the congregation at Bellview as he grew up in Pensacola, and his father (Harold Cozad) was a former faithful elder of this church. Tim served in the U.S. Air Force for four years. He began preaching part-time in 2000. After graduation from the Memphis School of Preaching in 2003, he did local work with the Cheyenne, Wyoming, congregation. He decided to move back to Pensacola to help take care of his father. During this time, he worked with the Eastgate Church of Christ. Because of their liberal stand, he and his father left that congregation and placed membership with the Bellview congregation. After brother Harold Cozad passed from this life, Tim moved back to the Denver, Colorado, area. While there he attended the Buckley Church of Christ where he did some preaching and teaching while working in the secular field. Additionally, he has spoken on various lectureships through the years including the Bellview lectures.
